In 2021, we launched our own equestrian business after YEARS stuck working hard in the equine industry at various jobs trying to make ends meet. 

Although I had success in the industry on paper (after all I single-handedly started the first riding club in a remote country in the Himalayas, trained horses up to 1.45m jumps in Europe, completed the world's longest and toughest horse race and became the first and only American with my FEI Level II Coaching...) my bank account wasn't exactly reflecting "wild success." 

Approaching my 30's I decided something had to change. 

No more 18 hour days. No more working like a slave for thankless jobs that paid pennies. No more watching my clients make top dollar while I struggled to afford groceries. 

No more broken bones riding "crazed" client horses. 

No more getting screamed at 2 inches from my face because "that's how the industry works."

Most importantly, no more letting a male-dominated circuit of top show jumpers dictate my own show-jumping future as a woman.
