We have a no-return and no-refund policy. All sales of our digital and physical products are final.
We cannot refund payments that were already made and once your subscription is canceled you will no longer be able to access your subscription. Cancellations are made only after we have confirmed through our customer care support team.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Coach Krystal Kelly Books, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivered But Not Received:
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Coach Krystal Kelly Books does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Refund Policy on Digital Products
When a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Therefore, our automatic software doesn't allow refunds on electronic products because they are delivered instantly to your email.
Due to this we offer a no refund policy on all digital products.
